I don't even care what any other insurance companies prices are at this point. Every single time I call in to the office in Hampden, I ask five hundred questions and waste a half hour of these ladies' time, and they happily tolerate it, and give me as long as I need to wrap my brain around all this legal jargon. I've learned so much from them just because they're willing to answer questions, and I feel like I ACTUALLY understand what it is I'm paying for. They're also the only company I've worked with that suggests alternatives that will save me money. Most companies want their representatives to keep those little tricks under wraps, but not with these folks. Regardless of how you feel about insurance, if you have a vehicle, or a home, or a business, whatever, you need to have it. Letting these ladies handle it is the best thing you can for yourself in this pocket of life. Truly amazing service. I've moved to another town and have an office around the corner, and yet I will still only work with the Hampden office. 5/5, 10/10; their service is unmatched.
